For the last 15 years in her previous role, Tracey has been instrumental in building and representing more than 200 clinic brands, including some of the most prestigious and high-profile names in the fields of aesthetic practice, plastic surgery, and pharmaceuticals. In January 2024, she brought her wealth of expertise and visionary leadership to Prema joining our Senior Management Team to launch and develop our Health & Aesthetics Divisions.
As the Regional Manager for Prema Health & Aesthetics, Tracey is the driving force behind the brand’s impeccable standards, ensuring an unparalleled patient experience at every touchpoint. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail permeate every aspect of the division, solidifying our reputation as a leader in the industry.
Beyond her role in Prema Health & Aesthetics, Tracey also heads our marketing division for Prema Health, Prema Aesthetics, and Laser Vision. Her strategic oversight encompasses 10 sites across the UK, where she consistently drives innovation and growth. Tracey’s multifaceted leadership ensures that each brand under her purview thrives, delivering outstanding results and setting new benchmarks in the ophthalmic, healthcare and aesthetics sectors.
