Committed to your ongoing care, here at Prema Health we offer a membership plan paid monthly by direct debit. From only £59 or £99 per month, you can access preferential rates and fast, convenient appointment times, all the while saving you money.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who can subscribe for Prema Health Membership?
Prema Health membership is available for anyone over the age of 18, with a UK bank account for their direct debit.
2. How soon can I start using my benefits?
As soon as it has been processed, your membership will begin once the first payment has been received. At which point, you can start taking advantage of your benefits right away!
3. How often are payments taken?
Payment of £59 / £99 will be taken on the same day every month, which will reflect the date you set up the first direct debit.
4. What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without notice. However, at the time of starting your membership we will keep your payment details on file. As the appointments allowance (6 per year) equates to one appointment every other month, we would calculate how many appointments have been used. If it’s more than the allocated amount for the period paid for, then we reserve the right to take payment of the surplus appointments at the standard rate. For example:
If you cancel after 4 months:
4 months paid @ £59
4 appointments used = 2 additional appointments
You would be charged £110 per additional in person appointment, £50 per telephone or video appointment or £75 per telephone or video appointment out of hours.
5. Can I subscribe for my children who are under 18?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide care for under 18s.
