You can choose to receive your results via a secure patient portal, phone call, or an in-person consultation. Urgent results are prioritised and communicated as soon as they are available.

You may feel a slight pinch or sting when the needle is inserted, but the discomfort is usually brief. Most people find the process tolerable and experience minimal discomfort afterward. Bruising or soreness at the puncture site can occur but is generally mild and temporary.
