In More Detail

Upon arrival, you’ll be seen by Prema’s on-call GP, who will carefully assess your condition. The consultation is thorough yet compassionate, ensuring that you feel heard and understood. Depending on your needs, the GP might provide you with a prescription right away. If your situation requires further investigation, such as blood tests or other diagnostics, we’ll arrange that promptly.

In some cases, hospitalisation might be necessary. If that’s the case, rest assured that our on-call GP will handle all the arrangements to ensure you receive the care you need without delay. We aim to make this process as seamless and stress-free as possible for you and your loved ones.

After your visit, we believe in maintaining continuity of care. Therefore, a detailed copy of your consultation will be sent to your regular GP. This ensures that your ongoing care remains cohesive and informed.

Remember, your health and well-being are our top priorities. Our emergency GP appointment service is here to provide you with the urgent care you need, delivered with the warmth and professionalism you deserve. Don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to help.

Conditions Treated

The list of conditions the clinic covers is not exhaustive and it is always important to ask about your condition if not listed.

We cover skin conditions which have suddenly worsened, such as bleeding spots or moles that have changed. We also include patients who have developed a high fever of unknown cause. There are seasonal conditions such as a chesty cough with shortness of breath or severe allergies such as hayfever.

The clinic also covers acute musculoskeletal conditions such as sudden onset backache or joint pains. We include early pregnancy reviews where expectant mothers from 6 weeks on, have developed complications.
